1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free Jello brand pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl; add mix. With wire whisk, rotary beater beat until well blended, 1-2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts and read to eat in 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 servings.
