WEST TEXAS SPAGHETTI | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. chopped bell pepper 1 box elbow spaghetti 3 cans tomato sauce 1 sm. can whole kernel corn 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese 1/2 bottle stuffed chopped green olives (optional) Fry meat, onion and pepper until meat is browned. Cook box of spaghetti according to directions; drain and add to meat. Add tomato sauce, corn, olives and 1/4 pound grated cheese. Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly. Top with remaining cheese. |
