QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
3/4 to 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. water
1 c. brown gravy mix
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Cut beef into thin strips. Cook beef and onion in butter until meat is lightly browned. Stir in water, mushrooms (including liquid) gravy mix and paprika. Simmer 5 minutes or a little longer, if desired, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste. Add sour cream, heat, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4 or 5.
