QUICK & EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. chop meat
1 sm. bunch fresh mushrooms (or 1, 4 oz. can, sliced)
1 med. to sm. onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 can Campbell's beef consomme
1 c. sour cream

Brown until done: Meat, onion and mushrooms in about 2 tablespoons oil. When done drain well. Add 1 tablespoon flour and simmer 1-2 minutes (is very dry). Add beef consomme simmer. Add sour cream; blend well, does not need to simmer after sour cream is added. Serve over bed of egg noodles with salad.
