QUICK AND EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef or round steak cut into strips
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. sour cream, if desired

Brown beef about 3/4 of the way through in skillet. Drain. Mix ingredients together in a slow cooker and heat, DO NOT DILUTE SOUPS. Serve over steamed rice or buttered noodles. Great also over a baked potato.
