QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, optional
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. catsup
4 oz. extra wide egg noodles, cooked

Brown beef with onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Add soup, sour cream and catsup and cook until hot. Do not boil. Serve over noodles.
