QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
6 oz. sour cream
Wide egg noodles

Brown ground beef with onion and butter. Do not drain. Add flour. Mix in mushrooms and soup. Cook until mushrooms are warm and soup thins some. Add the sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.

Hint: Cook the noodles first as this is the most time consuming part of the recipe.
