QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 tbsp. shortening
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can boiled, sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Noodles (4 oz.)

Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot shortening. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients except noodles. Add to meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over noodles.

Cook 4 ounces noodles in large amount boiling water according to package directions. Drain. Add 1 tablespoon butter, toss.
