7-UP JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. Seven-Up
2 lg. bananas
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)

Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip. Let stand until set.

TOPPING:

Pineapple juice plus water to make 1 cup. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons butter and 1 beaten egg. Stir while cooking. Cool. Add the Cool Whip, mix and pour over Jello. Top with grated mild Cheddar cheese.
