AUNT GINNY'S FAVORITE JELLO
SALAD
 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Pet milk
1 pt. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
3 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans

Boil 1 cup water and dissolve lemon Jello in medium bowl. Then add 4 cups miniature marshmallows to hot Jello to melt. Stir often.

In another larger mixing bowl whip Pet milk, then add cottage cheese, pineapple, mayonnaise and nuts. Then add lemon Jello-marshmallow mixture to large mixing bowl of ingredients. Mix with spoon.

Put into 9x13 inch dish and let set a few hours in refrigerator.

Boil 1 cup water for dissolving lime Jello. Add 1 cup cold water to Jello and cool.

To pour lime Jello on top of 9x13 inch mixture, hold spoon over and pour cooled lime Jello slowly. Cool until jelled and cut in squares to serve on a bed of lettuce.
