POTATOES O'BRIEN 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. shredded cheese (Colby and/or mozzarella)
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours or until bubbly.
