BROCCOLI BAKE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs

Cook broccoli, omit salt. Drain well. Blend in soups, cheese and mayonnaise with a large spoon. Turn into lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered 375 degrees until heated, about 45 minutes.
