BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 lb. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
Croutons - butter

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion and egg to make a sauce.

In a large baking dish, layer cooked broccoli with sauce and cheese. Top with croutons and pats of butter. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees, 40 minutes.
