GRANDMA'S RUGALUCH 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. nuts & raisins

1. Cut butter and flour together. Add other ingredients. Form into ball and refrigerate overnight. Divide into 3 portions. Roll out on floured board and cut into 12 triangles.

2. Spread filling mixture on dough triangles. Roll into crescent shapes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
