1 - 1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubed 2 beef bouillon cubes 3 c. water Salt & pepper 1 can cream of celery soup 1 env. onion soup mix 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. instant mashed potato flakes Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low or bake in oven at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Serve with rice or noodles. |
