EASY BAKED PORK CHOPS | |
![]() 4 to 6 boneless pork loin chops 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 soup can water 1 envelope onion soup mix (Lipton) Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chops in baking dish. In bowl, combine soups with water. Pour mixture over chops. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of chops. Serves 4 to 6. Submitted by: Lisa Witherspoon |

I browned the porkchops on both sides before baking. Baked with 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup sour cream and baked @ 350°F for 45 minutes and served on wild rice....they turned out really good! My husband now thinks I can cook!
