1 pkg. candied fruit
1/2 bag nuts, chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 jar mincemeat
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients. Grease tube pan and line with waxed paper. Grease waxed paper also. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. May garnish top of cake with candied pineapple and cherries by placing in bottom of pan first. Remove waxed paper before completely cool.
