2 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. candied pineapple
1 c. candied cherries
1 c. candied citron
1 (9 oz.) pkg. mincemeat
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped raisins
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped English walnuts

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add applesauce and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add chopped fruit and crumbled mincemeat and nuts.

Spray pans with Bakers Joy. Bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours, or until done.
