2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) can applesauce
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
4 oz. dates
2 oz. candied cherries
4 oz. candied pineapple

Mix ingredients as they occur. Pour into large tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
