VERY, VERY GOOD COLE SLAW 
2 lb. green cabbage, sliced very fine
1 c. yellow onion, diced
1 c. green pepper, diced

Slaw Dressing:

2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and set aside.

Mix all Slaw Dressing ingredients in large bowl and pour over other mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
