MAKE-DO COLESLAW DRESSING 
Tastes much better if left prepared three days ahead of time in airtight plastic container; makes cabbage amazingly sweet and tender. You'll love it!

1 cup mayonnaise (regular or fat free)
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Mix ingredients well until a soft yellow color. Chill in refrigerator for one hour.

Mix well with cabbage.
