HAM AND CHEESE PIE 
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese, drained
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 c. finely chopped ham
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. sliced onions
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix cheeses, 2 eggs and ham and set aside.

Mix Bisquick, other 2 eggs, milk, and onion; beat 20 strokes. Spread half of mixture into pie plate. Spoon cheese/ham mixture on top. Spread remaining batter over cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
