SPRING BRUNCH HAM AND CHEESE PIE 
11 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/4 c. chopped or diced ham
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. chicken soup mix
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Cover bottom of buttered pie plate with half of bread cubes. Layer broccoli, ham, and cheese over bread. Top with remaining bread cubes. Combine eggs, milk, onion flakes, chicken soup mix, dry mustard and nutmeg; pour over bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
