SOUTHWESTERN DIP 
1 loaf round bread (rye, sourdough or pumpernickel)

Hollow out bread and save inside for dipping.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. salsa sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

With mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa until smooth. Add Cheddar, mix until smooth. Pour in hollow of bread. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with bread pieces, crackers or veggies.
