EGG ROLLS 
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 can bamboo shoots
1 tsp. ginger

Mix all above ingredients, except for the cabbage and egg roll wrappers; dry the meat and vegetable mixture. Boil the cabbage leaves. Wrap the meat and vegetable mixture in cabbage leaves and then in the egg roll wrappers. Deep fat fry at 375 degrees until browned.
