GRANDMA'S DUTCH CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour, sugar and butter. Save 3/4 cup crumbs. Add egg, sour milk and soda; mix well. Pour in greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9"x13" pan.
