DUTCH BABY CAKES 
Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in each for 4 tin pans, set aside. Beat 4 eggs. Add and beat 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and pinch of salt to eggs. Pour into hot melted butter in tins. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve with fruit and-or syrup.
