DUTCH BABIES 
These are a little like a German pancake. These are wonderful to serve for a brunch.

2-3 QUART PAN:

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

3-4 QUART PAN:

1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

4-4 1/2 QUART PAN:

1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

Melt butter in ovenproof frying pan (cast iron works well) in oven while preheating. According to what size pan you are using, blend eggs, milk, flour in a blender and pour into melted butter in hot frying pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
