TENDER DUTCH BABY 
3 lg. eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
1 lemon, cut in wedges
Powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Put butter in 10-12 inch fry pan that can be put in oven (I use cast iron). Set pan in 425 degree oven on rack slightly above center. Let butter melt (approximately 4 minutes.)

Mix eggs, flour, sugar and milk in blender until smooth, scrape sides often.
