DUTCH BABY 
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Cube of butter

Put eggs in a blender; beat on high, slowly add milk. Then spoon flour into mixture, a tablespoon at a time, blend very well. In the meantime, melt butter in a large cake pan in 375 degree oven. When butter is bubbling, pour flour mixture in. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with fruit or pancake syrup. Serves 5 to 6.
