SEATTLE DUTCH BABIES 
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Melt butter in bottom of two glass pie plates (9 inch).

In small bowl, beat eggs until very frothy. Add milk, flour and salt. Beat briefly until smooth. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for about 5 more minutes. Serve with butter, jam, powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
