DUTCH BABY 
1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in 4 to 4 1/2 quart deep fry pan. Blend eggs, high speed for 1 minute. Slowly add milk (with blender on). Slowly add flour, blend 30 seconds more. Pour batter in pan (melted butter already in pan). Don't stir, leave as is. Bake 20 to 25 minutes with oven still at 425 degrees.

Dust with powdered sugar, serve with syrup, nutmeg or any fruit topping of your choice. Bacon or sausage makes a great breakfast.
