EASY HAM STIR-FRY 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. cubed ham
Dash garlic powder
Pepper to taste
2 c. cooked rice
2 or more slices bacon, fried & crumbled
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides. Allow to heat at medium high for 1 minute. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Stir fry for 2 minutes until veggies are crispy. Add ham, garlic powder and pepper. Stir fry 3 to 4 minuets. Add rice and stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in bacon, egg and soy sauce, heat through and serve.
