WOK WITH YAN HAM STIR FRY 
Stir fry with ham and vegetables:

Cauliflower
Carrots
Mushrooms
Baby corn
Snow peas
Broccoli
Celery
About 3 pieces of ham (ham can be deli type or any meat)
3 to 4 slices of ginger, chop and mince

Heat wok until hot. Add oil and wait until hot (about 2 tablespoons). Add all ginger, stir. Add all ham, stir. All vegetables. Salt, about 1/4 teaspoon. Stir well to separate ham.

Add Chinese wine to any beer (1/4 to 1/2 cup). Stir. Dash of sugar. Little water. Cover, wait 1/2 minute. Sauce:

1 tbsp. cornstarch into 1/4 c. water
Few drops sesame seed oil

When steam comes out of lid, add the sauce. Boil again, mix and serve. Great and easy!
