STIR FRY SIRLOIN TIPS AND VEGETABLE PLATTER | |
1 lg. pkg. of Sirloin Tips, strips (1 to 2 lbs). 1 fresh onion 1 fresh green pepper 1 fresh tomato 1 can whole tomatoes 4 tbsp. oil 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 pinches of garlic salt 2 pinches of pepper 1 frying pan with cover 1 wok 2 to 3 c. of rice (Minute Rice) In a Wok bring 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 1 pinch of garlic salt, 1 pinch of pepper to point of sizzling. Add cut up pieces of Sirloin (either tips or cut chunks out of Sirloin strips). Stir fry on medium flame until browned and cooked to individual preference. In a frying pan: Place cut up onion, green pepper, tomato, 1 can of whole tomatoes and add 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 pinch of garlic salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Cover and cook over medium flame until all vegetables are hot and softened. Cook rice as directed on box. |
