REUBEN SPREAD 
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. can drained sauerkraut
1-2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1-2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayo
snack rye bread or other

Combine all ingredients except bread in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Turn cooker on low to keep warm while serving. Spread on slices or bread.
