STAY SOFT FROSTING 
1/4 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add milk and stir until it gets thick like pudding. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and butter. Stir again spread on cooled cakes or cupcakes.
