STAY SOFT CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. cocoa
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add 2 cups milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Let cool before frosting cake. NOTE: If this fails, it makes delicious pudding!
