Very easy recipe and extremely delicious. Didn't put in choc chips, but raisins and almond slivers instead. Used Bread & Roll white flour and ww flour, 3 mashed bananas, & almond milk. Texture was perfect. Will make this recipe from now on. Have made several different ones and this one is the KEEPER!! Loved the idea of using the parchment paper for dry ingredients.

This is a very good, simple banana bread recipe. I did not use parchment paper, but sprayed a glass loaf pan with Pam. It came out of the pan beautifully! I used regular chocolate chips and subbed Splenda for the sugar...YUM!

I made a double batch of this and botched the recipe... I forgot to double the flour, applesauce, baking powder, additions, and all the seasonings and it still came out amazing. I was worried with failing to double the flour and baking powder but it came out moisture and spongy. A nice healthy mistake. I cut out the milk and the sugar like suggested and instead used applesauce. I did 1/2 cup cranberries, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. Saved my altered recipe. A no brainier and nice choice for healthier bread. Loved it!

Best I've ever made! Great rise, soft even texture. Had never made a banana bread recipe with oil. Makes all the difference.

Very good banana bread. I had only regular choc chips so I used those. They all sunk to the bottom. Still very tasty!

This banana bread is absolutely delicious. I used some mushy bananas and substituted the vegetable oil out for olive oil and used condensed milk because I was out of whole milk but it still was excellent tasting. It baked up beautifully and took no time at all to make. Thank you.

I used half white sugar half brown sugar I love what a difference brown sugar has. Also I didn't have and chocolate chips or nuts so I mixed in a bit of plain oats and also garnished the top with them. Came out great. A pad of butter and a cup of coffee and I ate most of it by myself. :)
