PUMPKIN SPICE PANCAKES 
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour scant 1/4 cup batter onto griddle.

Cook until edges are dry; turn. Cook until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.

Delicious! My kids LOVE anything pumpkin, so these were a hit! I would only add a little more pumpkin and a little more spice.

These were wonderful. Especially with real maple syrup. I used a heavy hand with the spice. Not quite double what was recommended but a little more than 1/4 tsp
