PUMPKIN SPICE BUNDT CAKE 
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
5 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 scant c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp.clove
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. raisins
1 c. black walnuts

Mix first 6 ingredients, then add rest of ingredients; bake in bundt pan sprayed with Pam for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with cinnamon ice cream or: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons butter. Cook until it boils; cool; add 8 ounces Cool Whip.
