EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) hash browns O'Brien frozen
1 can celery soup
1 can potato soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Pour frozen hash browns in a 9x13 casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix soups and sour cream. Pour over potatoes and stir into potatoes. Top with grated cheese, parsley and paprika. Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
