EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 onion, minced
1/4 c. melted butter
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix together soups and sour cream. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix together and place in 9"x13 oblong baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle cheese over casserole to melt during the last few minutes of baking.
