CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth, approximately 1 minute on high. Pour into lightly greased 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
