DELICATE LEMON BREAD 
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. All-Bran cereal
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (16 1/2 oz.)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding (3 1/4 oz.)
1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; add water and oil and mix well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until all ingredients are moistened. Beat two minutes at medium speed of electric mixer or 400 strokes by hand.

Spread batter evenly in two greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven 40 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack before slicing.
