ORANGE POPPY SEED BREAD | |
1 box orange cake mix 1 c. hot water 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. Wesson oil 4 beaten eggs 3 tbsp. poppy seeds Mix all ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour into 3 or 4 (1 pound) well-oiled coffee cans. Fill only half full or less. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Lemon cake mix and lemon pudding can be substituted to make lemon bread. Can also be put into 2 loaf pans. |
