Round or sirloin steak Eggs, to coat meat Flour Seasonings - Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika Cut steak in approximately 1 inch cubes. Beat eggs and dip meat in eggs then coat with seasoned flour. Brown meat cubes in hot greased skillet and remove to pan with rack to oven. Putting meat on rack allows grease to drain off. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with tossed green salad. |
