CHICKEN LITTLE FINGERS 
6 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp.paprika
1 tbsp. Greek seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cloves minced garlic

Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken, mixing until well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Then drain chicken thoroughly.

4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Mix this well and add chicken; toss to coat. Place chicken on greased baking sheets

1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. melted shortening

Brush this on chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
