CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef, crumbled
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can chopped olives
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together and put in a loaf pan; or double recipe and put in a 13x9 inch pan.
