COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cold chicken, diced
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced green olives
4 tbsp. creamy French dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3-4 diced eggs
Salt to taste

Combine chicken, celery, olives, French dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour (drain if needed). Add mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce (or may shred lettuce and mix in). Serves 6.
